Loss of Items
Items bought by GamePawn.com are subject to a shipment contract. You, the user, retains all ownership and risk of loss for an item until it is in our possession. Ownership and risk of loss transfers to GamePawn.com once it has been delivered to us by a carrier.
Product Descriptions and Values
GamePawn.com does not warrant that all product descriptions or values are accurate. GamePawn.com reserves the right to to cancel quotes which contain product descriptions or prices that we deem to be in error. Items contained in a cancelled quote will be immediately returned to the seller.
